· Learning about my role in client/patient safety
· Asking Comprehensive CareGivers employees for their picture identification
· Keeping animals away from the care area (except service animals)
· Refraining from smoking one hour before and during service
· Not giving loans, gifts, tips, or entering into private work agreements with Comprehensive CareGivers employees

1. Be treated respectful and free from all forms of abuse.
2. Have your dignity, privacy, autonomy, and decision-making respected.

4. Receive care without discrimination.
5. Participate in the assessment and care plan development.
6. Designate a person to be present during assessments and care plan discussions.
7. Give or refuse consent for any service.
8. Be informed about laws, rules, policies, and complaint procedures related to home and community care services.
